RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30 Day Return policy:

KINDLY NOTE: It is essential that you contact us without delay within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.

TO BE ELIGIBLE, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags where applicable and in its original packaging. An additional handling fee will become applicable and deducted from your refunded amount if the aforementioned is not complied with, or the returned goods become damaged in transit as a result of poor packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Should you wish, we can assist with the collection of the item/s, however, we regret that the cost of the return will be for your account and deducted from the refunded amount.

Damages and Issues:

We have strict quality control measures in place and each item is meticulously inspected for any flaws or damage prior to shipping. Your order is packed with the utmost care, however, In the event that a product did incur damage during transit and we are unable to exchange it with a suitable replacement, we will gladly evaluate the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction at our cost.

It is important to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your package/packages appear defective or damaged. To assist us in the assessment process kindly supply us with details and photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Regrettably, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom manufactured furniture pieces, our imported exclusive hand made products, bed linen, crockery, cutlery or any personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you purchased and once the return is accepted, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
