SHIPPING & DELIVERY.

SHIPPING:

We are partnered with DHL GLOBAL, DHL EXPRESS and THE COURIER GUY for our respective International and Domestic shipments and deliveries. We endeavour to ship locally stocked items within 7 business days from receipt of order. For internationally sourced and stocked products a delivery timeframe of 14 to 30 business days will apply, allowing for shipping and custom clearance processes.

Bespoke furniture, soft furnishings and certain non-stock products are delivered to and shipped from our central distribution hub in the Netherlands. a delivery period of approximately 60 business days for Standard Shipping applies.

SHIPPING RATES:

Delivery for orders above R1800.00 are FREE within the borders of South Africa.

Delivery for orders less than R1800.00 are charged a FLAT RATE of R200.00 within the borders of South Africa.

Delivery for orders within the Eurozone countries, shipped from our central distribution hub in the Netherlands will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery for international orders shipped from South Africa will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS:

For professional customer’s working on special projects; through DHL Global we facilitate and ship small and large shipping container loads directly to your site throughout Southern Africa and most international destinations. ORDER TRACKING:

Our automated system provides regular status updates via email communication.

In the event of delivery delays occurring due to unforeseeable circumstances or Force Majeure events, we commit to contact you via your provided email to keep you updated.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS:

Our handmade and bespoke products are made to order. Estimated lead times are indicated in the product description section.

VAT – All prices of products displayed are VAT INCLUSIVE.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

In the event of an item not being in stock when we receive multiple item orders we will ensure that the stocked items are released immediately and deliver the outstanding item/s as soon as we receive stock. Should the item no longer be available we will contact you to consider an alternate item which we do have in stock, or refund the cost of the item in full.
